At Just Wheels, we provide a full alloy wheel refurbishment. This means that every wheel that comes to us receives the level of attention to detail it requires in order to provide an outstanding finish.
Firstly, each car has it's alloy wheels taken off and tyres removed. This is to ensure that the full alloy is refurbished, not just the parts you can see! The alloys are then chemically stripped in order to remove all of the old and damaged powder and lacquer.
This allows our specialists to then remove any damage in the alloy, leaving a smooth finish for the fresh powder to be applied.
All alloys are then powdercoated using our industry leading powders, leaving you with a robust and quality finish. We even powdercoat the barrel of the wheel in order to promote longevity. They are then baked in our oven at over 200 degrees celsius.
If you have diamond cuts, this is the point at which they go onto the specialist lathe in order to be cut back to original. They then rejoin the powdercoated alloys to be lacquered, balanced and put back on the vehicles.
